Information meeting for prospective applicants

The meeting will contain an outline of our master's programme and an opportunity to ask any the Art & Science team any questions you may have regarding the course and application process.

EAT OUR COOKIES
The cookie as an invitation to sit, read and have a look. A friendly, well-meaning bait so to speak. A common dough we wade through to find bits of chocolate here and there.
Participants: Daniela Brill Estrada, Anna Lerchbaumer, Rafael Lippuner, Frédérique Neuts Leroy, Marc Schuran

C.A.T.: CATASTROPHIC ANIMALS ON TERRA – A GUIDEBOOK TO LIFE ELSEWHERE
From 2016–19 students of the Art & Science master´s programme have been working on the implications of a contemporary academic discourse that aims at reframing our understanding of ‘nature’ through the annual topic ‘In the Woods – In the Wild’. After staying in the forests of Transcarpathia for ten days in 2017, the group returned in 2018 to assemble its research findings, allies and questions around a plot of land in Nyzhnje Selyshche/Ukraine in search for a latent commons. The 48-hour happening, ‘The Landing is on Friday’, was an event of ‘speculative ecology’. The guidebook produced results from the collective experience in speculative research.
Participants: Brishty Alam, Guadalupe Aldrete, Golnaz Bashiri, Rosie Benn, Margit Busch, Valerie Deifel, Johanna Folkmann, Maximilian Gallo, Athanasios Gramosis, Matilde Igual Capdevila, Bernd Kräftner, Rafael Lippuner, Marko Marković, Frédérique Neuts, Marina Rebhandl
